Many survival horror fans may know that Resident Evil wasn't the first game in the genre (though it was Capcom who coined the term "survival horror"). But where did horror games begin? It started way before Resident Evil, and even way before Alone in the Dark.
Braindead Studios takes a look at some of the first-ever horror games and how they have influnced today's survival horrors.



This is a documentary on the history of the survival horror genre in video games. Created by Alex Miller, Adam Dodd, and David Gonzales of Braindead Studios.
