This is another one of those things I just chalk up to a difference in culture. It's not bad, just different. Every culture has their own ideas of what is socially normal. If you don't like it, don't look at it.

Um, I'm pretty sure whatever was going on there was happening to Takamaru, not Tracy. I'm not sure where people are getting the idea of an organism here, unless the Japanese text says something to that effect.
