Not long ago, the producers of the PS3 version of BioShock stated "Blu-ray hasn't made much of a difference" in terms of graphics. Well, now we have a side-by-side comparison of the two. What do you think?

The PS3 Version is alot darker, but tbh, the 360s graphics are a little shaper than the PS3, but it didnt help that it was video quality.

  How can it be crisper when the Xbox 360 is washed out, i mean graphically everything is really light and lacking of colour, crispness to me normally goes hand in hand with darker richer colours.

If anything they've improved the graphics of the PS3 version. When you record something like this and it's downscaled into SD, you REALLY can't tell how good the game is. The only TRUE way of comparing games is to get two equally sized, equally spec'd HD TV's. One PS3 and one XBOX360 and two copies of this game (one for each console). And then to just play them both and see which is better. I can't tell anything from a video that small and that bad in quality.

  You know most of the time, you won't be able to see a difference in these things. At E3, in Capcom's demo room, they had RE5 running on PS3's and 360's right beside one another. There was no difference, at least not detectable by the naked eye.

Small difference with the 360 being a bit brighter. That's about it.

  _{Thats usually the only difference in videos like this. Sadly, it doesn't help the PS3 cause. The PS3 is darker compared to the 360's, however they can be changed by the TV settings. So really as Supernouva said, who cares. Its a GOTY coming to the PS3.}

I agree with Krunal, there is no way you can actually tell if one is better than the other just by looking at the video posted. Nowhere in the source does it tell us what TV's and connections they are using. Not to mention the monitor you yourself are using. It just doesn't work. That's why all these comparison videos are a waste of time.

  Besides, 90% of the time, the people doing the comparisons never optimise the PS3's video settings in the XMB. In fact they never do on purpose. I've seen user-made comparisons look 5X better on both versions.
