Looks fantastic. Resistance has better gameplay than graphics anyway. If the sequel is to continue this trend, I cant wait for this game!

Explosions look no different than the last. In fact I think that they may have worsened. The textures don't look very dynamic either.

However, that doesn't matter at all. The gameplay looks absolutely amazing. The Bullseye rifle looks a lot different, but that's not a bad thing. All the weapons seem to fire better; less recoil and flying all over the place. Nice.

Why won't the second one play? I went to GT.com but as always, I only get a blank area for the video.

    Yeh same!

Red 9 is quite right about the graphics. I think we have seen a lot better. But recent previews from IGN and whatnot have said that the game is truly a lot deeper than originally anticipated.

Not that im suggesting we hold website reviews as our "Yay or Nay" for this game, but its good to know that from those with the experience, that the game plays very well.

It does look better than the earlier previews, though it's not quite the upgrade I was hoping for. The animations could use more work as well, that being said...at least it's an upgrade...and looking forward for the 60 player online.

I can't believe people are even complaining i mean the graphics aren't even finished yet, Insomniac always work on the final graphics up to 2 weeks until the game ships and the game is still some time from release. I mean this game has it all, SP Campaign, 8 Player Campaign, 60 Player Online, 70 Maps, New Missions, Updated Graphics, Mo-Capped Animations and New Weapons.

It is what a sequel should be and if the graphics aren't as good as people hoped then blame Insomniac for making the levels like 16 times larger than the first game. Hell Insomniac have already stated on many occasions the 300ft boss battles couldn't be done in the past game they didn't know how to make them possible, the texture quality alone to make that look real was something they thought was impossible all but 2 years ago, this game is a feat of development.

Im not sure. Resistance have this graphical style which oozes polish and great game design. The graphics are still very sufficient and judging by comments from the multitude of website previews for the game, theres attention to detail in the most unbelievable of areas. The entire package seems to be shaping upto a powerful final product.

I was more excited for Gears of War 2 than Resistance 2. But ive flipped now. This is going to be a fantastic title.

None of you have been to Gamespot. They've got some niiiice screenshots there. Some of them look absolutely stunning, while others seem a little bad. I think it's because they're all from different levels of build.

They have updated/polished certain areas so many times throughout the development. And yes Red 9, a lot of the image material is from different development stages. We can only expect for them to be better before launch. Hell who cares!? The game is going to be awesome!

I would yell GOTY, but MGS4 is still deserving of that title

Still, both of them are PS3 exclusives, so they both win either way.
