Batman: Arkham Asylum Debut Teaser

Gametrailers.com premiered the first teaser for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum game on 360/PS3.

Unfortunately not much is shown besides some seedy looking environments, however we are treated to a Mark Hamill voice-over at the very end.

    the trailer didnt show much but im getting hyped for this game. can anyone tell me if this game is a sandbox (openworld) game

    Man, I really am interested in this game!

    Something I noticed though, the place is filthy . . . except for the tiles! The tiles are shiny and reflective. That's not exactly believable in such a filthy, dirty place where everything else is messed up.

    Yeh there is certainly some inconsistancy with the state of the environment, but beyond that, It is a wonderful looking game!

    Im so thankful they did not go a game of The Dark Knight. <3
    Having said that, Im very interested in this title! And Mark Hamill has a good laugh hehe

      Agreed. I was hoping to see more characters than one guard. Is that too much to ask?

    Haha yeah Final, and this one is even more of a teaser with only some environment footage. Hamill, though older, is still damn good at Joker's VO.

    Even for a teaser trailer, that was pretty pathetic. Atleast give us footage and/or some character shots.

    Other than awesome graphics, the teaser isn't much of a teaser. You see now, if at the end it had a few seconds of a still frame and then Joker walking out casually while dragging a guard's body then looking at the camera and saying "It wasn't me" *insert laughter*

    Then yes I culd get hyped up for the game but really this teaser has only shown off the graphical side of the game and nothing more plus I'm afraid a couple of seconds of a joker laugh makes me sad...it was too deep and short for a Joker laugh...there are was no insanity, no hiding the sorrow or pain that both Jack and Heath put into the character. I do hope however they release another trailer

      We didn't really see what Mark Hamill is capable of. Besides he owns Jack and Heath. Mark Hamill is the only one who can replicate the joker perfectly. Jack did the laughter side, Heath did the destructive side, Mark will be able to do it both.
