File this under "funny, yet very sad." I definitely remember the "NINTENDO SIXTY FOOOUR" kid as being too damn funny. But after seeing all these kids with their Wii's in a row, I just don't know anymore. Click 'go to source' to watch video.

A collection of about 50 children opening up their Christmas (or other holiday presents only to be surprised by getting a Nintendo Wii under the wrapping paper. Some laugh, some cry, some faint, but most go crazy and scream.

This video just emphasizes that most people who own a wii are under the age of 10.

Gee, a Nintendo console being bought by kids under the age of 10. Not a huge surprise there...

So that makes the system bad? it just emphizizes parents to buy a Wii, because they see more freindly games.

Presents are presents. Even if they act like fanboys/fangirls why the hell do you care which presents they recieve? :]

But really, I don't see a huge point in this article. We already knew tons of people were getting the Wii for Christmas, but I guess this is here for that sorta "look how happy these kids are" video (every year we get like 30 of them -.-).

I have a Wii myself, and it beats the CRAP out of my PS3.

          ROFL, Really?

Wow, you have a POOR taste in games.

          Begone Nintendo Fanboy!

          Crawl back underneath your rock!

          I agree with Linkerd101, though instead of owning a PS3, I own a 360.

I'm sure I'm part of the minority, or maybe even the almost non-existent, but I prefer my Wii over my 360.

I ALSO agree with Linkerd101 I happen to own a 360 and a Wii and I almost NEVER play my 360 (aside from Fallout 3, possibly the best RPG of this generation), usually I'm too busy with Brawl, LOZTP, or No More Heroes.

It's a matter of preference, FFF. You can't sit here and act like just because you hate the Wii (noted by the fact that the ONLY thing you have said so far is bashing) doesn't mean it sucks. Some people prefer a different console than you, if you can't accept that, then I guess that makes YOU the fanboy.

          I'm the opposite.

I bought a 360 because the Wii turned into a steaming pile of pig diarreah.

I kinda want my 8 minutes of my life back, and I kinda don't. That was funny, but it was just...sad. I saw 2-3 vids in there that had teenagers 17-up screeching like banshees. It's just a wii! IT'S NOT LIKE THERE'S ANY HARDCORE GAMES OR ANYTHING ON IT! Now, Lemme shaddup and go play Fallout 3 and Golden Axe on my HARDCORE CONSOLE.

50 kids are happy and excited about their new Wiis. "Kids" being the operative word here.
The Wii is a great console for casual gamers, but all this screeching is just sad. The Wii is nothing special. If I had a choice between a new PSP3000 and a Wii, I'm sure I'd pick the former.

My Wii sits and collects dust actually. I used it for about a month and went back to PS2. I like rarely use it and feel bad for making my mom buy it.

I'm going to guess you rarely use it becuase you don't have many games for it.
