A new promotional video was released the day after Christmas for Namco Bandai's upcoming exploration RPG, Fragile ~Sayonara Tsuki no Haikyo~ for the Nintendo Wii. The video shows off more of the story elements of the game with some minor gameplay, with the game's theme song, Hikari by Aoi Teshima, playing in the background.
The game's story features the main character Seto in a post-apocalyptic near future where the world's population has gone missing, save for a few survivors. Seto explores the world looking for survivors and searching for the reasons for the disappearance of everybody. At the same time, he is also looking for a mysterious girl named Ren. Although Seto will face demons and monsters on his journey, this game is not a survival horror, but rather will be based more on exploring the desolate, abandoned environment.
Fragile ~Sayonara Tsuki no Haikyo~ is being co-developed by tri-Crescendo and Namco Bandai's Venus & Braves team. It is set to release in Japan on January 22nd. You can find the game's official site here, and the developer's blog being hosted by Dengeki here. Check out the rest of the screenshots over at the source.
