      Tbh you got a point right there, he actually should seeing as we post his vids up every week lol.

      His review for Gears 2 was quite awesome, specially about Dom and his Wife xD

    Haha, great review as always from Yahtzee. He mentions how dumb the partner AI can be at times, and I agree that could use some tweaking. At some parts, they run off and get themselves downed, leaving you to save them, and that's no easy task on Insane. Still, great game.

    I'm glad he manages to like Gears of War, because I was actually pretty convinced he'd hate the franchise for being what it is. Great review and hilarious as always.

    I don't agree (for once) with him on the AI bit though. I actually found the AI in Gears 2 was pretty diligent, especially compared to the first game. Carmine sniped everything so fast I hardly had time to do it myself (certain stages, not all), and he was always there to revive me before I even fully realized I was down.

    I started co-op shortly after his demise though, so I guess I can't speak for the entire game.

    Most videos I see from him are always so negative, it was nice to see he didn't have as much negative remarks for one of my favorite games . Also anyone else catch the "It was supposed to be a bad South African Accent okay"? I guess more people argued over it other than Gamegrep's community.

      As much negative? 4 minutes of the 5 were full of crafty snide remarks ridiculing the entire games flaws it was only at the end he lightened up a bit, but even then it was a backhanded compliment with the Will Smith line basically saying it's only seen as good because of the people that make it. Sure he enjoyed Gears of War 2 but he ripped it apart because of its known flaws.

        He has said it before for himself but, he is a critic. He is paid to be critical of video games. If all he did was point out all the good points he wouldn't be a critic he would be an ad agency.

          Then there's the fact that he himself has admitted that reviews where he's nice to a game are nowhere near as funny.

        Just the fact that he actually said he liked it and gave it some praise is more than usual. Usually all his reviews are just ripping it apart and nothing more. And what Koloth said.

          I wonder how excited he got when he saw "Zero Punctuation: Gears of War 2". No doubt he was like, "Sweet! Free talking points to make it seem like I have legit reasons to hate the game!"

    I love the bit with the cartoon dude playing GoW2.

    That's how it is with Gears, but it's fun. Great review

        I thought the scene where Dom finds his missus was very well done. The thing that annoyed me was how Dom had only just decided to go after his wife now, when there was no mention of it before.

          In the first one he talked about his wife and how he wanted to find her.

          Yeah, I remember him talking bout maria and his wife.

          It was definitely in there, just not as prominent as it was in Gow 2.
