Airtight Games, the dudes behind Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge, have released a teaser trailer for their upcoming sci-fi adventure Dark Void, which offers "vertical combat", a rocket pack, and more. The story doesn't exactly seem original, but the gameplay sounds awesome. Anyway, we'll have to see when it releases later this year (we've heard May 26).

Also the official website is now live, though there's nothing but the teaser on it as of yet.

You know, some of the guys here that have seen it have been knocking it, personally I can't wait for this. I loved Crimson Skies for the original xbox (though it was nothing compaired to the original PC version) and of all the flight-lite games out there, including HAWX and Ace Combat 6 now... Crimson Skies still has the best damn flight engine (not including the Rogue Squadron games)...

I just hope we get to see more variety in environments before it ships... thus far, the locations have been pretty stale...

Whoa very good trailer. I think this game will be epic. It really is it's own game like the weird gravity levels. This'll be veery unique.
