One of the made things about inFamous is the Karma system and either being a hero or a villian. Sucker punch lets you decide how the world wants to view you, and being good or evil will effect the outcome. Check out this video showing how you can choose between being good or evil.

Aw, I hope that's not the extent of it all I like not being told which path you're taking. I like the whole good/evil thing to be based on all your actions throughout the game, and you're not given the choice per se, but you make the decision yourself without being told "If you choose this one, you'll go good. If you choose this one, you'll go bad."

These are just certain points in the game that are like this. The rest of the time it's entirely up to you. Read up on it at IGN; they posted up an article recently.

I never played Fable or anything. The closest I played, that has some sort of karma system ws Spiderman: Web of Shadows.

I guess I'll have to read up on the game on IGN if they posted an article about it recently. Thanks!

Basically, do a good dead such as helping people etc, you get good points.

Do bad stuff like kill innocents and kick chickens(in fable) earn you evil points.

After so many evil/good points your characters appearance changes to your alignment.

You also have story choices, such as save this town, or leave it to die etc. Help this criminal rob w/e or bring him to justice, all of these affect the game world.

Alrighty, sounds good. I'm thinking that S:WOS did pretty much the same thing. So that's about the extent of my experience there. I like it though, not knowing which way you end up going until you see the effects themselves (not having "good/bad points earned") show up anywhere on screen for little actions or big actions.

Gotta say, though; the physical effects being good and evil does on Cole is awesome. When he's evil, he's stark white pale, dirt-covered, and has red electricity. When he's good, he looks natural, clean and has blue electricity.

The IGN article I mentioned said that the game is progressing by leaps and bounds; the author said that his impression went from "This game is awesome" to "This game is F'n AWESOME!"

I love how one of the choices in all except the last one was to fry people. xD

Looks awesome, very cool and funny in some cases. Cole can be so evil! I also liked how Cole and his powers changed based on being good or evil! =D
