Gameplay footage for the RPG based on our favorite red planet Mars was shown at the GDC, and is now also on the official website. It doesn't look amazing so far really, the open nature of the levels seeming to be the only noteworthy feature. Luckily it still has a fair bit of development time to go, so hopefully the animation and combat graphics can be put up a notch or two. Go to the source to view it.

Looks like Untold Legends, and we all know how bad that was...

The graphics look great i mean thats the first thing that impressed me, the combat needs more weight and it looks like they haven't started collision detection yet as the sword went through the enemy, it also needs blood or atleast a shiny magical spark to show you hit them.

Looks like a typical hack-n-slash, imo.

@redneonfish- Are you kidding. Untold legends looked like a PS2 game. The graphics so far look like more polished Elder Scrolls graphics. They already look superior to the graphics capabilities of recent 360 exclusive RPGs(The Last Remnant and Star Ocean). RPGs have always been about game play, though, so we need a lot more information and some hands-on action to make a judgement.

Would be better if they did a space RPG and you could explore Mars. It would be like the Mass effect for PS3, but they made it into a hack and slash, which is out of place with the setting tbh.

It has potential. Its still early in development and I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
