Dead Rising 2 Trailer Hits the Net!

A trailer for Dead Rising 2 has hit the internet, this trailer shows off many of the new weapons in this game including a double chainsaw staff (Reminiscent of Skorge from Gears 2 if you've played it)

    Those chainsaw weapons look so cool. Does anyone know if they are customizable or if the game will just have the staffed chainsaws lying around? I also liked the moose head weapon.

        I dont follow this game, but I'm pretty sure I saw a news article on here a week or 2 ago saying Dead Rising 2 will have customisable weapons. Unless I read it wrong or dreamed it or just made it up or something. who knows.

        It would be so great. Along in the Dark had good ideas, just hopefully Dead Rising 2 could pull off these ideas.

    WOW! I sure hope customization is possible and not just used to make the trailer look better...

    But seriously; graphics are looking much better, looks like there'll be alot more melee options this time and dirt bike is a win.

    This is amazing. Dead Rising is still my favorite game for the 360 to date. This game will certainly takes it's place. No way will this game ever get old! I'll sure be happy to mod the forums as well

    I still really don't get this game though. What's the story? Outbreak of zombies and this guy is caught in the middle of it all and decides to just go killing all of them? Or does he actually have some sort of goal? Does the game have any plot or something like that where the guy has a reason for being there other than to enjoy eradicating all the zombies?

      I believe in the first one you were a news reporter trying to expose the truth, and save people whilst doing so. I think this one has the guy trying to save his son or something, or maybe I'm just muddling different memories together.

      In terms of story though, this is going to be like the old GTA's. The story is just going to be lackluster and not that good, but the game will shine brightly when it comes to the gameplay which is the main focus.
