Insomniac Games gave a live demonstration of their newest installment of the R&C series: Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction.

This performance revealed several new weapons, including the Piroblaster, the Visicopter, the Tornado Launcher, and, of course, the Groovitron.

The level played was Kerchu, a half-jungle, half city level that has been invaded by space pirates. Though the demonstration took over six minutes, Brian Algeier informed us that less than one third of the level was played. This is good news for all R&C fans, as it almost certainly promises for wide, open spread levels free for exploration.
