This debut trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow gives us a tease of the main character, story, gameplay, enemies and bosses, though nothing of the open world.

Looks like GOW3 except with better graphics tbh.

They've got some HUGE names on that game. That being said, I'm disappointed that they're going for the hack n' slash approach like Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness.

Woah, when's the last time Castlevania really hit consoles? Besides that fighting game for the Wii, of course.

Glad to see a new Castlevania, currently playing through the one for the DS and loving it.

Wow, that doesn't look half bad. And Patrick Stewart and Jason Issacs? I'm intrigued...

Bout time we got a good Castlevania game on next gen consoles, i don't really class that crappy ass fighting one on the Wii as a game.

But i gotta agree with Red 9, this is like GOW3 but with better graphics.

Still looks AWESOME though, i'll be happy to pick this up. Maybe we'll see Draccy again?

I agree with the GoW comments, but for better or worse, every second action game coming out today is at least a partial GoW clone - just look at Bayonetta or Dante's Inferno.

Still, I am really glad to see a re-invented Castlevania for the consoles, and I trust Hideo Kojima to bring innovation and high quality to any product he signs under. Exciting!

Bayonetta is a Devil May Cry clone, if anything, though you can't exactly call it that as it's from the same director.

Looks cool! The only Castlevania game I've played was on the original gameboy though.
