DYNASTY WARRIORS 6: Empires trailers ft. female and male Edit options

KOEI released a couple new videos this afternoon, showing off the customization options players will be getting with Edit Mode in Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires.

Split by gender, each with their own set of options.

    Personally, I would rather have Koei return some of the older characters back to their original status than a newer and fancier Edit Character option.

    Bring Ma Chao's mounted charge back.

      Also, give Yue Ying her spear back... and Cao Pi his double swords! Curse KOEI, tempting us with fancy character customization!

    I've been told this is really good, a much better game as a whole than dynsaty warriors 6. I'll be getting ti cuase I love co-op.

    Empires always was a better game than the rest of the DW games. I'm not so tempted by the character customization, but I am quite tempted by the general gameplay. Really, they should just include modes like Xtreme and Empires in the original game, but we all know how KOEI is.

    Let us wish bankruptcy upon them, and that a superior company buys the Dynasty Warriors name ...like Valve (hey, I can dream :3).

      Doesn't sound like a bad idea. Having a Gordon Freeman character running around musou-crowbar spamming Cao Cao would be priceless.

      Never really liked playing as the characters themselves. They weren't designed to really be all that interesting, and I always preferred to just create my own characters, and then use the other generals as backup.

      Last DW game I played was Empires 5 (er, if you don't count SW2:Empires). Basically I won't go anywhere near the standard of Xl series as the only bit of depth I can find worth spending time playing is Empires mode. It's only a small bit of strategy, but it's enough to keep me satiated enough to come up with ideas on how the system could be improved further (and until the next Kingdom Under Fire game is released).

      But only Koei can repackage the game 50 times over and have it still be awesome.

      People complain about it, sure, but it doesn't stop them from getting it.

    pretty weak sauce in terms of character customization. why are they bragging about that? what with what can be done for customization in wrestling games, im not impressed with anything less than that.
