TheGamerAccess.com has posted a video showing the latest glitch to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare called the UFO glitch. Infinity Ward does not seem the slightest concerned so it looks like everyone will have to wait until Modern Warfare 2.

It's official people. Call of Duty 4 is dust. I'm told it's called the UFO glitch and it began in full force Thursday night. Shout out to jjdajetplane333 for letting me know about it. This is from the PS3. I'm not sure Xbox 360 users are dealing with this. Mark it down on your calendars. COD 4, R.I.P.

Honestly, who still plays that game? It was dust the moment CoD: WaW came out.

A lot of people still play this. Mostly people who played WaW and didn't like it, but it's still selling well. I'm bored with the series in general, so it was already dust for me, but WaW definitely didn't stop CoD4 at all.

And it took the glitchers long enough. They should have found something like this in the first month.

      Because COD4's better than WaW.

Indeed it is. I hated WAW for some reason. Wanna talk about glitching, WAW is way glitchier.

Every match I played yesterday had someone doing this hack.

Hopefully Infinity Ward will fix it with a patch in the next few days.

I know I'll probably be hated and loathed for this, but to be honest I've always LOVED glitches like that in games. In Halo I loved the super jumps and walking on air and all that stuff.

But let me say this, I love glitching and doing all that, ONLY with friends or playing a fun game. If you're playing a serious game or with people who take the game seriously, then yeah it can be an unfair advantage. Especially some glitches.

But glitches can be fun in a fun setting

Glitches can be fun, but using them as an unfair advantage is just low. I like looking for glitches in single player campaigns.

i loved the getting out of the map glitches in Halo 2, like sword-canceling to the top of Lockout, but Bungie had to ruin all our fun by making it super hard to do that in Halo 3. ive still gotten out a few times but you can only do so in Forge it seems.

Very nice from Infinity Ward there. 'We could fix the broken game you've all enjoyed and showed your support for for the last 2 years. Instead, we've decided to royally *bleep* you over, and bring out a shinier game, that we've upped the price of, just so we can part you with your money at a higher price for an fixed game! Yay!'

I glitch in multiplayer too, but when it gets to the point when every game you have 2 or 3 people glitching under the map right off the bat it just gets annoying. (CoD:WaW a couple months back)

Glitches spread like wildfire on the internet, that's why if one guy finds a major glitch, goes on to a forum and posts how to do it it'll spread by word of mouth, the internet again, a lot of things. People just seeing you doing it could learn it and end up doing it themselves.

back in the day, when glitches were discovered in games, nobody really used them unless they were griefing. with over 9000 players on CoD, and most of them being 13-16 years old, good luck getting a full game with ZERO jackasses in it.

I haven't played COD4 online on the 360 for about a week, but I haven't encountered any glitches like that before.

I encountered a lot of Martyrdom grenades and Stopping Power M16's, though.
