SouthPeak Games’ Raven Squad has been receiving a fair bit of attention lately, thanks mainly to the release of some screenshots offering a little clarity to exactly how its mash of genres will work when played. Raven Squad is a tactical action game set in the Amazonian jungles that blends a First-Person Shooter (FPS) experience with the command and overview advantages of Real-Time Strategy (RTS), and today, SouthPeak Games have released a brand new gameplay trailer that is, apparently, set to blow your balls off. Their words, not ours.

    Argh, I hate it when people host videos using that WMP one. I prefer it when they embed YouTube videos. These WMP ones take me forever to load.

    Browsed some of the trailers on YouTube. It looks interesting. I don't know about this whole FPS/RTS hybrid gameplay, though.

    This game sounded interesting when I first heard about it, but I kind of forgot about it. This trailer showing gameplay footage doesn't make me interested like I was at first. It just didn't look fun at all.
