The holiday season is coming, and Sony is launching a brand new PS3. So the best thing to do is advertise! advertise! advertise! Sony is launching a brand new ad campaign called 'It only does everything', which shows off the new PS3 Slim and price cut. Check out the videos after the link!

We know many of you would agree that the PS3 is an unrivaled gaming console. It’s also the best Blu-ray player on the market. And most of you are probably aware that you can now download more than 2,000 movies without even leaving your couch. However, we recognize there are still many consumers who may not be aware of how powerful the PS3 truly is. So we’ve tailored this campaign a bit differently to extend our reach and PS3 family.

From now through the holiday season, you’ll see and hear about all the broad features and benefits this amazing device has to offer across multiple media including TV, radio, online, retail and social networking outlets. A total of 9 TV spots will roll out throughout the holiday, each highlighting a different benefit and feature of the PS3. So whether you’re a hardcore gamer or a Blu-ray enthusiast, you will have something to takeaway from these ads.

Very very good, this will work better than showing games as most people that want a PS3 has probably already spammed a kiosk in a games store for the last 2 years. They know the games look pretty but there are those that know this but don't know it does all this other cool stuff.

I like how they poke fun of the whole "ps3 price cut" rumor that went around the internet for months.

It's still a bunch of crap that they stripped PS2 BWC and the ability to have an extra OS install. And the extra USB ports, memory card readers.....

But hey, if you missed out on the original ones, SUCKS TO BE YOU!

My dad's all about that guy from the MLB:09 The Show commercials. He'll probably still be all about him with the new ads coming out. I thought he really was a part of the MLB development team.
