New Assassin's Creed II trailer shows off Ezio's stylish skills

A new trailer has been released for Assassin's Creed 2 showcasing some of the platforming and combat moves you can perform in the game. The trailer itself is set to an awesome techno song that works quite well. No new story elements on the game are given in the trailer as it's strictly a trailer showcasing how awesome looking the game is.

Ubisoft has just released a brand new trailer for Assassin's Creed 2 and if you were looking forward to the game already I have a feeling this trailer will only make you anticipate it even more. The trailer doesn't showcase any plot details or key environments that we haven't seen before but it does show Ezio, the new lead character, traversing through the city of Venice looking like a complete badass along with fighting an array of enemies. The combat and platforming animations look extremely sharp and it looks like the game has a more tactile feeling in that respect compared to the first game.

    I was just about to post this.

    Anyway The music started off really bad, then when the fighting started was very nice. I love some of the new combat skills.

        It's electronic techno house -- a new genre created by this very song. I decree it as I'm the Arbiter of Genre.

          Please tell me you're joking. The term techno is offensive to most of us who wok with electronic music. It is a genre, but it is not the same as electronic. It is a sub genre in the same way as house or trance is. That Justice track is 100% electro house.

    Was a brilliant trailer to watch, the artsy start was cool and the fighting was insane. Some vicious counters, this looks like a fun game to play! =D

    The music didn't fit at all. Otherwise, I was very impressed by the trailer and I believe I'll be picking the full game up.

      The trailer didn't address the problems that were with AC1. I would show more concern over the game if I were you Tenken.

        Well the problems have been addressed elsewhere, this trailer is just showing off some of the new things, mostly in combat. Don't assume Tenken's basing everything about why he's picking up the game on this trailer alone.

    Pretty much Justice made that trailer. The bit where the assassin guy first comes into it and he is swaggering along to the bass line is just epic. Nice work whoever made it and decided on the music.
