The debut trailer for the Japanese version of Batman: Arkham Asylum was released today at the Tokyo Game Show, and it looks like the game won't have Japanese voice acting, despite Japan having it's own voice acting for the Batman: Animated Series. (Though I'd personally say the Japanese voices from the Animated Series aren't quite as memorable as the American ones).

It will be interesting to see if Batman: Arkham Asylum does well in Japan. It has already recieved quite a bit of attention from Famitsu and Japanese websites, and is being published by Square Enix.
