I hated the combat in AC1, you had to get the timing down and counter every move to be competent in battle. I understand it was trying to be different, but different isn't always better.

the combat was easy, you couldnt get it down? it was really simple, i took on a group of 15+ enemies at once with no problem and without dying on a regular basis. just counter, strike, strike, counter, switch to blade and face stab a guy then back to sword, counter, etc. wasnt that hard.

Yeah No.1 was really easy for combat.

But they didn't design it to be a combat oriented game, it was primarily to focus on the climbing and all that jazz. Thats where all their effort went.

No.2 seems a lot more combat orientated than the last, So I would expect less "run and kill this 1 guy" missions and more "Storm this place and kill all these dudes" type missions.

I watched this video and regret it, I don't want to buy this game and videos like this make me more and more excited for it. I don't have the funds to purchase every game I want in the holidays and it makes it so difficult to cope. -_-

My most anticipated game for the rest of the year, next to Uncharted 2.
