The first Mercenaries game was a game that many enjoyed but the same can't be said of the sequel Mercenaries 2. The game was buggy and just seemed a bit dated compared to other games on the market. Now we have a look at the new direction Pandemic was planning to take the series in.

I guess a former Pandemic employee decided to say “screw it” as they posted the pitch demo video for Mercenaries Inc., the new multiplayer sandbox game set in the Mercs universe. It seems instead of playing as one of the three witty and slightly generic Mercenaries from the first two games players could now create their own character as they pit themselves against others in a sandbox environment so mayhem could ensue.
