The Last Remnant Teaser Trailer (Pre-E3 2007)

Square Enix have released the first-ever trailer of their recently announced game "The Last Remnant". Strangely enough, it has been released just days before E3 2007.

The trailer features both cutscenes and gameplay footage.

In the world of RPGs, no developer/publisher's games are more closely watched than those of Square Enix. Its newest title for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, The Last Remnant, promises to give gamers an experience unlike any we've seen before.

As a special note to introduce the first public trailer for The Last Remnant, director Hiroshi Tokai sent over a personal note to introduce the video.

"After much anticipation, I am delighted to be able to reveal an exclusive trailer for THE LAST REMNANT. A lot of work has gone into creating this trailer so I hope you enjoy this peek of what's to come.

Looks to me like The Last Remnant is going to be a hack and slash game, much like Nintey Nine Nights and Dynasty/Samurai Warriors already on the 360. It's supposed to be an RPG though? Didn't look that way to me, either way it's appealing.

  I sure hope it is a hack and slash, then it would be a must have for me, because I dont normally care for the other turn based games.

  No, I'm pretty sure it is its own game, if it was I'm sure it would have Final Fantasy in the name somewhere.
