The overall best use of music in videogame commercials are here. Including well known tracks like "So happy together" to mostly unknown "How it ends." Check out these videos and cool tracks and find out what made them so great.

The results are actually very impressive and the songs that are selected are very fitting to the over all mood the game hopes to present to the players or just down right ironic and funny.

The Gears of War commercial surprised me with the use of "Mad World". As well as Dante's Inferno use of "Ain't No Sunshine".

I know, they could have used Gears of War by Megadeth.

      Oh yeah, I went there

Always loved the Smash Brothers commercial. I think I could watch that 100 times in a row and not get bored of it.

the Smash Bros one is still the all time best. just the fact that before watching the video, i remembered exactly what song was used, and that it was Yoshi, Pika, Mario and DK costumed guys and they beat up each other after not having seen it in god knows how long, goes to show how well it was put together and how unforgettable it is.

Where is Borderlands, they used a Queens of the Stone Age song for their trailer for christs sake

I particular liked Gears, Smash Bros and Bioshock's.

Though I did hate the 'pre-order those guys for Bioshock 2 multiplayer trailer', that had to be the worst trailer I've ever seen...

For the Borderlands it was actually Cage the Elephant not Queens of the Stone Age, I thought about that one but I didn't want to make the article to long and I also wanted some for the community to post up. But your right that was a good one, trust me I was going to.
