Modern Warfare 2 and Infinity Ward's Robert Bowling (aka FourZeroTwo) both made cameo appearances on Family Guy Sunday night. Peter Griffin won't be joining any gaming leagues anytime soon.

Proving how populer Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has become beyond the massive sales and the number of people playing every week, the game made a cameo appearance on Fox's Family Guy on Sunday night. Peter Griffen had a go at the game and predictably failed horribly as you can see in the clip below.

It might have been funny if the end of the episode wasn't such blatant whoring.

Basically he and the kids were arguing and at the end he just pulls a 360 out of his ass and then they love him. I was expecting a few ironic advertisement jokes but they just played it off as if it was nothing, then showed him playing MW2 and basically getting *bleep*ed by Microsoft. It's kind of sad.

You don't get much trash talking on the PS3 the clip wouldn't work with a community that are actually really quite nice.

        Bulllll shitttt.

PSN overall is nicer than XBL, of course, because there aren't as many players. However this is the MW2 PS3 community who, like every other MW2 community, are full of the same shit-talking cocks.

You either play with them muted, haven't played it much at all or are just plain bull-shitting.

add to that, the PS3 doesn't come with mics as standard, so you could be playing with the same foul mouth little idiots but not hearing them

The difference in the amount playing between PSN and XBL is becoming more and more minimal. I doubt we'll eb able to use that as an excuse much longer.
