Easy to do when the game IS good.

        Why isn't it on PS3?

Because the director and producer said "We want to take the series in a new direction," and then the Wii was announced.

So the director thinks "Hm...we seem to have quite a following on PSP...TO THE WII!"

      What the fcuking fcuk?

Not really, it was more of "We want something new to work with," since after three titles on one they wanted to try some new. You could look up their Iwata Asks interview for the full explanation.

And even then, Portable 3rd has been announced and its taken a lot of what they made with Tri and adding more though taking away the swimming and the creatures that come along with it.

Capcom hasn't really been a company to keep going along with the safe and easy same old, same old thing. They've made major changes to all of their series and its usually gone with a console jump.

There's also the fact that the game started on the PS2 and PSP was never a really profitable console anywhere before Monster Hunter(in Japan anyway, out here it's just above average sales though Tri sold amazingly.)

Wait, this game STILL isn't out yet for the US?

Holy crap. I haven't been keeping up with this game so bare with me but still, didn't the japanese version release like a year ago?

Been out two weeks, came out last fall in Japan, so not even a year which makes this their fastest port in the series.
