New Metal Gear Solid: Rising trailer debuts in E3 2010

Kojima Productions just unveiled a new trailer for the awaited Metal Gear Solid: Rising. The video features Raiden slice & dicing enemy soldiers with the first traces of blood & gore in MGS history, with a Haven Trooper-like AI soldier with a heavy machine gun being chopped, decapitated, havled, and having a spine-like energy core teared forcibly teared out of it's lower body. Ouch.

Microsoft was quick to show the latest trailer and gameplay footage for Hideo Kojima's latest in the Metal Gear Solid universe. Rising lets players play as the sword-wielding Raiden and gives them ultimate control over where and what the lethal weapon slices.

    The trailer looked great, but I'm a little worried that they might be using the stealth elements less.

      Whether the game will have stealth at all is debatable, the game doesn't even have tactical espionage action in the title anymore.

    The game looks good, if it's a hack and slash it'll definitely be a fun one, but I was really hoping to finally play a true HD MGS game, and MGS is not hack n slash.

    Either way it was very interesting.
