    Saw this yesterday...not sure why Ryu is about to unmask himself after killing off some demon. xD I'm intrigued, though.

      He's doing it to show himself changing.. He's using the Blade of the Archfiend which is slowly changing him. During the trailer you can see his right arm is all scarred as if something is taking over while his left is perfectly normal. I assume that will relate to his face which is what will be the big reveal at E3.
