We’re all terribly sorry for ever doubting you or your console, Mr. Karraker – or at least we will be when you prove those claims.
Apology accepted, you egotistic Gamer Squad prick.

Ninety-Nine Nights did this in summer 06'...
This game probably has better AI for each individual enemy however...
    Ninety-Nine Nights was still awesome...

Heavenly Sword is much better graphically, running Heavenly Sword is like running N3... Three times over, not to mention N3 had no where near 1000 enemies on screen it was more like 100 at a time and nice high camera angle to make sure you knew it, HS is a beast of a game.

    Hmm, I loved it.
Also, I'm pretty sure somewhere there is 1000 enemies onscreen.
I got 840 kills with Tyurru's special, so there are at least 840 somewhere.
Heavenly sword is better graphically, and of course AI as well. But 1000 onscreen enemies isn't that amazing (it's cool, but bigger things could happen with games)

but is it any fun? That's the question. I'd imagine fighting 1000 enemies (if that's even the case) would get rather tedious and (DARE I SAY) f$#@%ing boring. But it does look pretty good from what i've seen so far.

Well, between playing the demo and watching that video, it would take a shit long time to get bored off it. But I REALLY doubt that you have to kill every single one of them with the same method...apparently Nariko did something to the sword, I imagine it will be responsible for any kind of genocide that will befall those soldiers.
