Dragonforce Will Put Your Fingers in the Emergency Room

This is a video from Gametrailers.com that shows someone playing "Through the Fires and the Flames" by Dragonforce. The song looks like it will break every finger on my hand trying to beat it on Expert.

I am a big Guitar Hero 2 fan even thought I am currently only half way through the Hard mode of the game. It is a ton of fun to play and if you have two guitars, it just adds to the replay value. And of course, it had it one huge guitar heavy song that killed people. That song was Jordan. Now in Guitar Hero III, we have a new song to take up that mantle, and it is "Through the Fire and the Flames" by Dragonforce.

    I don't have Guitar Hero or have ever played it ... but that's just *bleep*ing insane. That song alone makes me want to not play GH III.

    Anyone who plays GH will know that there's a trick to the kind of riffs in the intro.. but the rest of the song..

    It might be easier if you had a friend hold a button for you. Now if they had Fury of the Storm that would kick everybody's ass.

    10 year old kids are probably going to start obsessing over Dragonforce now just like they did with Buckethead in Guitar Hero II. (Eh, not much of a big deal.)

    That's completely insane. That song is pretty long though... you'd have to have a lot of stamina to keep up in that time frame.
