FFVII: Crisis Core - The Opening FMV

Yet another Final Fanatsy VII: Crisis Core video has surfaced. This time it's the opening FMV to the game, featuring a very similar scene to the original FFVII opening.

And judging from the quality of the graphics, it's easy to see why IGN thinks that "Crisis Core looks better than most PS2 games out there".

Mission Control: The train is headed toward Midgar Sector 8.
Mission Control: SOLDIERs have been dispatched and are directed to capture it while still on the plate.
Mission Control: 3, 2, 1, Mark!
Mission Control: Mission start
Angeal: The train is occupied by Wutai forces.
Angeal: Eliminate them and recapture the train.
Zack: Roger!
Angeal: Take it seriously!

Angeal: Zack!
Angeal: Zack, concentrate.
Angeal: These are not Shinra troops on this train. Understand?

Zack: (After being shot at) So complicated…

Zack: (Jokingly to his opponent) Greetings!

    Cool graphics Especially good for a PSP game neh?

    And yes, it is an obvious homage/allusion to FFVII's opening on the PS1 ^_~

    I disagree, Its not the same as the FF7 opening, nor can you tell if the graphics are better than most PS2 games from that video. I'll have to wait for the real game b4 making my thoughts on the comparisons.

      I can see why they compared the grphics of this game to that of a PS2 game. They look amazing.

      Crisis Core gives me a reason to buy a PSP XD I hope to get one next year and then get my hands on this game.

        I still don't see how you can compare a video to a game. Like i said i'll have to wait and see b4 doing so.

          You can compare FMVs to FMVs. Which is what they were doing >_>

    It does look very similar to FF7. I'm getting a bit pissed off though. Square needs to do one of two things. Release FF7 on PS3 as a remake. Or release original on at least the PS3 arcade thing. Preferably PS3 arcade, Xbox Live arcade, and Virtual Console.
