You should be a little more thorough next time.
Besides, just take one glance at an old PSP with your own two eyes and there are absolutely no visible lines. The reason you can see them through a video camera is because that PSP screen is refreshing much faster than what that video camera is able to record at, or at least what you have it set at.
I'm asking honestly. How does an article with absolutely zero basis for being correct get rated up and make it into the top stories?
Anyone with two working eyes can see that both screens exhibit the same "lines" that are percieved to be bad when in actuality those lines are an outcome of the video camera used to record this comparison.
Not only that, anyone with an old PSP knows that there are no visible lines on the screen anyways.
