First trailer and a handful of screenshots for Soldier of Fortune's next outing, showing off some cool looking environments, solid character models and some in-game action sequences.

Activision has released the first round of media for Soldier of Fortune: Pay Back, unleashing a handful of screenshots and also releasing the below trailer, which serves up a mixture of cinematic and gameplay footage.

    Animations looked good. Looked like they haven't got their G.H.O.U.L. Gore system thing implemented just yet though. Either that or it's toned down in the trailers.

    Soldier of Fortune 3... *bleep* yes, hoping for lots and lots of gore in this one, Seproth, Raven are not making this one and GHOUL is their engine so Activision will just have to make their own gore engine which in todays gaming isn't hard to do especially with the game boasting 36 dismember zones... Cannot wait to see the shotgun kills haha.

      Did you see the new gameplay video? Someone linked to it in the new marketplace on gen 360. It's awesome pure gorefest. It's the Soldier of Fortune I know and love.

    I still play SoF2 to this very day, both demo and full. It's a great game, and this game has been a long time coming. Can't wait for it Gameplay looks pretty damn solid.

    SoF2 was a great game. I always used to play at my friends through his network, so I'm looking forward to the third installment too.

    So happy the are continuing the SoF series. Funny thing is, I still pop in Double Helix once in awhile just for kicks.
