Bale Fire | November 16, 2007 | Video | Playstation 3
Sony have recently seemed to be undergoing a advertising blitz after months of silence. Two new commercials have just been completed and will be airing on the 19th of November. You of course don't have to wait that long. Click the link and watch these video's, they'll rock your world I guarantee it
Hello everyone. When we last spoke, I posted some ads for PS3 third-party heavy hitters Assassin’s Creed and Call of Duty 4. Well, as promised, we have more up our sleeves and have a couple more spots to debut for you all before they officially air the week of November 19th.

We’ve brought back the same pulsating music track (Saliva’s “Ladies and Gentlemen”) from our PS3 brand spots and feature games from our 3rd party friends like Burnout Paradise, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008, Madden NFL 08, Time Crisis 4, Assassin’s Creed, Haze, and, what you’ve all been asking for … Metal Gear Solid 4 from Konami.

The song works with the games, they are presenting something the song is about performing and presenting their artform, it works really well and its actually an exciting bit of music which engages the viewer aurally aswell as visually.

Couldn't have said it better myself. There are certain songs I wouldn't listen to ever, but when put to the right video they can work perfectly.

Thats great, but it starts to get repetitive and boring after 3 or 4 commercials with the same song.

The first two songs that have been on TV for about a week featured two different parts of the song, although the chorus was the same.

Here's a saying if you have something that works and fits perfectly with what your trying to sell why change it.

No one likes commercials, they don't get publicity off of TV, more like the Internet.

All commercials are annoying, so I don't like these either.

I don't think all commercials are annoying. Just most of them, there are some commercials that I love and watch them when the come on. IM way to interested in this subject and that is why I want to go in the advertising business.

I think the advert works quite well.

They have plenty of impressive games and other features to show, so why not.

Not particularly keen on the music but i'm sure my opinion won't be detrimental to their success with this.

I'll look out for them on TV.

Lots of advertising, not a lot of sales, even with all-time low price of $399.99. It's just not quite adding up.
