Uwe Boll responds to online petition (a petition isn't enough to stop him!)

Recently it was reported that Uwe Boll will stop directing if 1 million people sign a petition. Well it looks like a petition isn't enough to stop Mr Boll.
Gamegrep posted up part of Boll's response to the petition, but here is the full version ...

    mate grow up. if your this so called 'creative genius', create an ORIGINAL piece of work, rather than adapt another media to film

    I don't know if he's just in denial and won't admit he's not as good as he says he is, or he's just rationalizing...but either way, he needs to give up. This boasting and bragging is getting him nowhere.

    hmm I thought I saw this video on Kotaku before he announced that it'd take 1mil signatures so this might not necessarily be in response to the 1mil signature part but the petition in general. He was aware of the petition before the interview where he said 1mil.

    The sad thing is, the pro Boll petition was actually made, and it has about 4,500 signatures now, one of the people who signed it actually hated Boll and somehow signed the wrong petition. Anyways, I think he may actually be a genius, not a creative genius of course, it is said that any publicity is good publicity, so with him motivating people to sign it by telling them about if it reaches 1 million signatures he will stop, he gets more well known and gets, yep, to make more of "The same shitty movies over and over.". Anyways, I still signed it, I feel bad for the actors who this dick head made resort to drinking.

      It's probably one person signing it 4,500 times. Doesn't compare to the 201,876 signature for him to gtfo.
